1. John Mayer, you are in Rome. Why would you take the time to update this when you are on vacation?

I know what I'm about to say may start a blogger war, which is weak but I just want to point out that you people are demanding proof for something you have no reason to. Seriously, what will it change? You have voiced both your adulation and criticism for johh. "He" (i'm humoring you with the quotes) has written you back!..And he's f*cking funny! Which compels you to come back to this site. It's entertainment people. It's fun and exicting and even if it's all a fraud, fine be dissappointed, even a little hesistant to blog for a minute but I assure you you will move on. This back and forth dialogue with my favorite artist is analogous to believing in Santa. Do you remember how wonderful christmas was you thought he exsisted? Just enjoy the ride people! -m

The criticism that you are referring to is for the author of this blog...whoever that may be. If Santa gave me a box of crap, I would not feel the same about him either. A lot of this site ISN'T funny. I was sent here by someone who thought that this IS John Mayer's blog. I AM enjoying trying to figure it all out. From my experience, JM is too intelligent to do this unless he has another motive. However, anything is possible. I only know for sure what I have heard from the man himself in interviews is drastically different from this site.
