During the "You're The Best" montage in Karate Kid, they show Daniel climbing the ranks... but they also show Johnny Lawrence climbing them as well, and at one point he delivers a kick so bad ass that my jaw dropped. Look up the montage on YT... there are a million copies of it... and watch closely around the :35 - :45 mark... you can't miss its awesomeness.
