The last PSA wasn't a Christian one, it was run by the Australian Govt during the initial scare period of AIDS, where there was a lot of misinformation and a lack of understanding about the disease. The opening phrase was to shatter the illusion that only homosexuals and drug users who share needles were at risk, it didn't carry any negative connotation towards the gay community. But one Aust states road traffic safety commercials features police finding the ssevered arm of a road accident victim on the roadside - we tend to have a lot of PSA's with 'shock' value!
