What about a comedy lines like: "May the Schwartz be with you!" Dark Helmet: Before you die there is something you should know about us, Lone Star. Lone Starr: What? Dark Helmet: I am your father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate. Lone Starr: What's that make us? Dark Helmet: Absolutely nothing! Which is what you are about to become. "Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room."
Posted by : 7/16/2009 01:27:56 AM
"1.21 gigawatts!!!"
Posted by : 7/14/2009 05:20:20 PM
"I'm here to chew bubble gum, and kick a**." "I must break you."
Posted by : 7/11/2009 01:49:57 AM
Very fun, but the list is very heavy on recent movies. The biggest miss for me was "I'm ready for my closeup, Mr. Demille," from Sunset Boulevard, which would belong on a top 10 lines list, in my opinion.
Posted by : 6/28/2009 12:55:56 PM

Posted by : 6/24/2009 06:21:35 AM

Posted by : 6/12/2009 12:51:08 PM
While it was entertaining, I would hardly consider some of those to be the 100 greatest movie lines of all time... Oh and btw you forgot... "Nobody puts baby in the corner" Everyone knows that one...
Posted by : 6/11/2009 05:31:44 AM
My personal favorite is "I won't be ignored, Dan..." from Fatal Attraction. That chick terrifies me to this day!!

Good ones... you missed "I'm Batman"
Posted by : 6/10/2009 10:52:51 AM
It's 100 good movie lines for sure. The best would be lines people use alot after watching the movie, like "I'd buy that for a dollar"
Posted by : 6/10/2009 07:08:47 AM
'I bet you did think it was possible to fit the 100 greatest movie lines of all time into 200 hundred seconds did you?' Fail.
Posted by : 6/5/2009 04:43:43 AM

Posted by : 4/13/2009 11:13:34 AM
I'm sorry but the "Bitches Leave" line from Robocop (or any line for that matter) should had been included. Period. List is null as consequence. Next.
Posted by : 4/12/2009 11:24:14 PM
I'm sorry. #11 is Napoleon. I mean #12.
Posted by : 4/11/2009 05:34:07 PM
What movie is #11 from?
Posted by : 4/11/2009 05:20:12 PM
You know, I was honestly expecting "Hello, my name is Indigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." That, and "Why so serious?" These lines were all great, too. Just... with all those long lines, I really was expecting the one from The Princess Bride.
Posted by : 4/8/2009 03:29:31 PM
jesus christ. it is just a list for entertainment purposes, it isn't the definitive source for the 100 best movie lines ever spoken. get a grip people.
Posted by : 4/7/2009 05:44:37 PM
Good, but a lot of lines are missing. Where is "play it again Sam" and all the stuff from "old" movies like "Sound of music", "Gone with the wind", Steve Martin movies, the Marx Brothers movies just to mention a few...
Posted by : 4/7/2009 03:43:46 PM
Wow, the 100 best movie lines, and how many "foreign language" movies among them? That certainly tells me something about the total awesomeness of English-language movies.
Posted by : 4/7/2009 06:31:46 AM
I was entertained. Also, I don't cry about "not being the best 100" because I understand this was made for the sake of entertaining, but being an accurate depiction of an opinion-based list.
Posted by : 4/6/2009 10:07:13 AM
What happened to "Badges? We dont need no stinking badges!"
Posted by : 4/5/2009 12:01:34 PM
You need something from A Clockwork Orange in there!!
Posted by : 4/4/2009 07:11:58 PM
what about "Do you feel lucky, punk? Do ya?"
Posted by : 4/4/2009 01:14:59 PM
WHY SO SERIOUS?!
Posted by : 4/3/2009 03:57:00 PM
Aww! You should of put in "We can't stop here! This is bat country!" from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Posted by : 4/1/2009 09:34:01 PM
good list, but where's air force one? Harrison Ford? "Get off my plane" And Samuel Jackson's infamous line from snakes on a plane? It's the only good thing about that movie!
Posted by : 4/1/2009 08:51:29 PM
SOO not the 100 Best Movie lines, they were like basically all cut off. But i did laugh at some parts haha like "It is not a tumah" and "The price is wrong bitch" haha
Posted by : 4/1/2009 12:20:25 AM
Too many lines were cut off part of the way through for the purpose of fitting it into 200 seconds. You can't have "Take your stinking paws off me" without "you damned dirty ape"
Posted by : 3/31/2009 09:48:09 PM
I am not entertained in the least because I don't feel the lines represented the ACTUAL 100 Greatest Lines in movie history. Not entertained at all. Also I feel the need to comment about that.
Posted by : 3/31/2009 07:38:29 PM
Wow. "A Streetcar Named Desire" was in the "romance" category?! Seriously?? Whoever put this together must have never seen it. Just wow. And I agree with Sassmo's comments above.
Posted by : 3/31/2009 06:33:11 PM
I agree. That was not even close the the 100 best lines ever. Some of the lines even got cut off too soon. The 2001 clip is cut after "I'm sorry Dave" but it should have included "I'm afraid I can't do that."
Posted by : 3/31/2009 06:28:35 PM
This isn't even close to a list of the "100 Best Movie Lines." It's more like a list of 100 iconic movie lines that would fit into 200 seconds. Some of these weren't even the best lines from the movies they were in. I also only saw 1 Kubrick film.
