Everyone's favorite reverse Speed Racer, Nicole Richie, is going to spend time in the slammer. According to TMZ, this freeway escapade is not Nicole's first DUI offense,
so if a judge determines she was driving while intoxicated (btw -
Nicole blew a well-above sauced .13 in her breathalizer test), the
judge will have to pass down at least the mandatory five days in jail
sentence. In other words...
This will be like 'Martha Stewart' for girls ages 12-17. I bet some entertainment lawyer is already buying the movie rights.
