Super Bowl. Super Bears.

As all of you know, the Super Bowl is this weekend in Miami, Fl. If you don't know that, well, then you must work at Pitchfork. Those of you that regularly visit this site know that I am from Chicago and a bit of a Chicago Bears fanatic. As you can imagine I am pretty excited for the game this weekend, so much so that I am actually flying back to Chicago to watch it. While this might seem a bit drastic, I felt it was only fitting to watch the Bears' first Super Bowl appearance in 21 years in my home town. Last week we had a post on Super Bowl halftime shows from the last twenty years or so. Good stuff. Here's some more Super Bowl / Bears related content.

I guess it's only fair to include the Colts, as they are the ones the Bears will beat up on in the big game. Here's their cities attempt at harnessing the magic of the Super Bowl Shuffle:

And finally, one of the best parts of the Super Bowl (when the Bears are not playing of course!) are the commercials. I am sure a lot of you have already seen the Kevin Federline commercial going around, but did you know he has another one? You can check it out over at BWE. For those of you that would like to waste even more time today, you should wander to the land of iFilm where they have an entire archive of Super Bowl commercials...if only they would put this much effort into sitcoms!
