STATEMENT FROM MY REHAB PLACE SOMEWHERE IN UTAH
It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs.
Recently, I relapsed and did things for which I am kinda ashamed. I broke the law, snorted some drugs, drove drunk, flashed my privates, chased one of my assistants through Santa Monica in a fit of rage, and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case. No matter what I said when I was under the influence on the day I was arrested, I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than my dad and mom. My little sister is also to blame. She's a showoff. But I thank God I did not injure others. I easily could have.
I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career and have asked for medical help in doing so. I am taking these steps to improve my life. Luckily, I am not alone in my daily struggle and I know that people like me have succeeded. Charlie Sheen Nick Noltie, Babyshambles...these are my rehab heroes. Maybe with time it will become easier. I hope so.

Don't know if you get these while in prison/rehab, but if you run into Andy Dick in either of those places, do not let him show you how much he loves you when he asks to. He's been trying to show you his love since 'The Parent Trap' remake. Watch yourself, Lindsay.
And keep an eye out for Whitney and Bobby, I hear they get violent when separated.
well lindsay i'm so glad u re coming around!!!!! u definitely deserve something better!!!!! well... i don't know if u remember me..? i'm rita, the girl from facebook,(your words really hurt me there, in your messages)... u destroyed every good image i had about u!!!....;( u GOT ME SO WRONG!!!!!!!...... and i couldn't fix the whole misunderstanding thing coz your agent told me that he was not going to give u my messsages....!!! anyway..... well thank gosh girl u re back!!! that's awesome!!! we can smile again...!! u understood your mistake and now u re here again and alive!..!!! that's really mature!!!... great!! i'm so happy...!!! keep trying for the bestEST (coz u deserve it!) and never give up!!!!! all right?? and whenever u re sad or something just smile,think something good or even better go for a walk at a beach or at a park!!!.... oh and some other things u could do to feel better..!just some advice:
1.take a trip!!! go on holidays!!!! take some days off!! get away from all these stuff!!! go somewhere far!! where there will be no reporters..!! like balkanian or africa or greece!!..
2. stay out from the spotlight!! it will help u to relax!!..
3.help people who need money (especially children) it will make u see that there are people out there in a worse position than u and u ll see that helping someone who needs u can make u see that life is a gift!!!...
4.try to clear out the people who actually love u from the people that only take advantage of u!! .. they might be your family,or some close "friends"!! i know it can be hard erasing someone u love but u have to do it if that someone is a bad influence for u or driving u down to the bad road!!! your family isn't just somebody with the same blood as u!!.. it's someone that loves u and really care bout u!! (it's the same for friends)
5.keep on the good work coz we want u back!! we ve missed u linds!!!.. and don't forget medical help helps!! try to talk to a psychologist ok?..
i wish u the best and don't forget again people like u have succeeded!!!... so don't give up and be strong!!!!;) glad u re back!!!!
