10 Classic Cult TV Shows

What do 'Twin Peaks,' 'Firefly,' and 'Dr. Who'' have in common? Canceled after a few seasons, these TV shows now enjoy cult status. Can you guess the other seven?

COMMENTS

MST3K enjoyed 7 seasons, of which every episode in existence is longer than 60min. That's why it didn't qualify for this list, though it should be on the Top Ten Greatest of All Time.

MST3k is missing; this list is broken.

I was a big fan of Firefly but I thought they had a truly awful theme song. It didn't fit the show at all.

That made me want to watch Firefly again. I knew Freaks and Geeks would be on there, I love that show.

Exactly. Dr. Who ran from 1963-1989, and then again from 2005 onward. It is a cult classic, true enough, but it is also both a current TV show and counted historically among the longest running programs in the world.
