Yeah, that's intentional. The dude with his head not inside tights wears two sets of tights. The second set is flesh-colored and (occasionally) has patches of brown hair. He also puts people's hands in there. It's a strange gimmick. His name is Danshoku Dino. The move he just performed was a head-in-the-tights piledriver called the Danshoku Driver. There. Ruined it.
