Hilary Duff: Is She Hot?

Many child actresses from TV grow up to be knockouts.  Soleil Moon Frye (aka Punky Brewster), Tatyana Ali (aka the girl on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air), and Alyssa Milano (aka oh you know, Samantha from Who's The Boss?) all do it for me.  No such luck for Disney's Lizzie McGuire, Miss Hilary Duff.  She's twenty this year, so you'd think the college-aged celebrity pop tart would finally be smoking up the screen with sexy.  However, take a look at these recent photos:

Feh.  Part of the problem might be that unlike her former TV kid counterparts, Hilary has remained in the limelight throughout her career.  The other girls left, then came back when they were ready.  We're following Hilary throughout her transition with her awful movies, so it's a little awkward.  In the meantime, here are pics of those other girls I mentioned:
