Gov. Ah-nold Blows Paris Hilton Away

If you signed the petition to Arnold, if you prayed to Arnold, if you stalked Arnold at his home in California, hoping somehow that if you waste enough time in a creepy enough way, it would help Paris Hilton avoid jail time... you are out of luck.  Gov. Schwarzenegger has "many more important things to think about" than pardoning Paris.  To paraphrase Arnold, "Hasta la vista, you dumb whore!" 

You know, I've never been a huge fan of Arnold's movies or political career, with the exception of his mid-80s "it's funny because I'm Arnold Schwarzenegger" comedies like Twins and Kindergarten Cop, and I don't respect him any more or less for rejecting Paris' pleas.  However, I do like his priorities.  There are all these... what do you call 'em... oh yeah, political issues for a Governor to deal with, so why should he get mired in this dumb celebrity story about Richie Bitch going to jail?  Answer: he shouldn't.

Frankly, I'm not sure if Arnold is doing a good job for California.  I'm totally ignorant to local politics!  But I do know that at least the Governor is smart enough not to get involved with this idiocy and go about his regular business.  For that, Arnold might get my vote next election.
